That's not necessary, in fact, the sensations when the hose is just inside the dickhead are all-inclusive of the entire urethra vs. just inflating the bladder when the hose end is in there. Oldersounding, there's something wrong if you're squeezing that hard, like you're tensing up your sphincters so it isn't getting through easily. If you were at your max capacity, it would be too painful to squeeze with that much energy

i do this with my katheter, 500 ml water go in my bladder

the hose must in the bladder, than you can filling. With my catheter this is better.
